What Is A Coaching Module?

A coaching module is a three month, 90 day, curriculum and coaching environment that you select based on your individual leadership needs. Each module has a theme, content overview, a “what you will learn” explaination and a week by week breakdown of each lesson that will be learned that week. You will also receive three hours of live coaching per module.

We are offering multiple coaching topics (or modules) that you can choose from. We have designed these modules so you, as a leader, can get what you need when you need it the most. You can choose what you learn and when. Think of it as a three month conference or a 90 day workshop! As an example, here is the week by week curriculum for the Volunteers Module.

Why Coaching?

Because getting help and direction from someone who, has been where you are and can see where to go, proves extremely valuable, saving you time, money, resources and maybe a few headaches or two. I have yet to hear anyone ever say, “We should have never hired a coach,” or “What a waste of time and money,” or “This didn’t help me one bit.” I have heard, “Wow!” and “This changed my life!” and “I should have done this earlier!” and “Do you know how much time you saved me?” and the list could go on.

How Much Does It Cost?

We realize that in today's economy, organizations churches and individuals are all trying to find ways to make ends meet. With that in mind we have tried to price each module to be extremely affordable and flexible for you. The cost for each coaching module is just $89.00 per month for three months and is billed monthly. That works out to less than a "grande caramel macchiato" a day.

Honestly, I am so convinced each of these modules will make you a better leader I don't want the price to keep you from learning. We can do a number of things to help. That includes billing over a longer period of time, say six months vs three months, and no...no interest. (Smile)

What Are Optional “Add Ons” For Each Module?

Onsite Visits
Onsite visits are available to assess your program, evaluate the learning environment, meet with key leaders, sit in on staff meetings, personalized coaching, speak at team events and make recommendations for change.

Reoccurring Onsite Visits and Training
Reoccurring onsite visits are available to better establish the coaching experience and allow for more of a hands on approach by enabling the coach to experience the program, environment and leadership style that is present.
