e'kwip Note From Craig

Thanks for taking a few minutes to read this quick note and look through e'kwip. I have spent the better part of two years processing this idea of coaching and equipping leaders. Allow me to noodle a bit here on the topic. I believe a coach teaches from experience, enhances your skills, encourages you through difficulty, asks the right questions and helps you find the right answers. A coach saves you time, effort and energy and walks alongside you to help you think differently and make you successful. Whether you want to learn something new, see it from a new perspective or enhance and hone your current skill set. With that in mind i want to introduce you to e'kwip and what it provides. Within e'kwip I will provide a personalized coaching experience that is just what you need. Building an effective and healthy ministry takes intentionality, strategy, leadership and often times, a strong will to continue when things get difficult.

I will encourage you, equip you and empower you to make a difference in what you do. Coaching is more than information, it’s inspiration and to be honest, a little perspiration learned through experience.

My desire is to make you better through a core set of foundational lessons, proven principles and over 25 years of leadership experience. My goal is to empower you to make a difference in your life, in your leadership and in your ministry. I want you to reach your full potential. I want you to make life changing impact where you serve, lead and do life.
