Living A Balanced Life
Achieving life balance is something that most of us do for a season or a summer. We take a vacation or a few days off and call life “balanced.” Occasionally we may go further by reading a book on the topic and memorizing a few quotes. We may even go as far as studying the effects burnout has on our mind and body and how it adversely effects our relationships.
Doing one or more of these things are great first steps but moving from a hectic life to a healthy one is more of a journey than a destination.
The reality is we need to understand our own personality, the personality of the environment we're working in and the responsibility that comes with our own individual season of life.
